5. Reservations & Account Registration
When you make a reservation or create an account, you may be asked to provide accurate and current information, including your full name, contact details, and stay dates. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and not to impersonate any person or misstate your identity. A reservation is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.
6. Payments
Payments on this Site are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Midtrans. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
All rates are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of booking and may be subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
7. Accommodation & Rate Descriptions
We do our best to display the information, photographs, and colours of the accommodation and facilities that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour or image will be accurate, as this depends on your monitor and its settings. Rates, availability, and inclusions are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the rate or offer selected at the time of booking and will be shown to you before you confirm your reservation. Unless stated otherwise:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing.
- Refund eligibility and any applicable charges are determined by the rate plan booked.
- Certain promotional or non-refundable rates are not eligible for a refund.
- Bank or payment-gateway processing charges are non-refundable.
9. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules
By staying with us, you agree to respect the property, our neighbours, and other guests. You are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during your stay. Check-in and check-out times, maximum occupancy, and house rules will be provided with your booking confirmation and must be observed.

Your information is safe with us. Delta Casa Ubud understands that privacy concerns are extremely important to our guests. You can rest assured that any information you submit to us will not be misused, abused, or sold to any other parties. We use your personal information only to process your reservation and to communicate with you about your stay.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Delta Casa Ubud harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of, or in connection with, your access to or use of this Site, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Delta Casa Ubud assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, correctness, timeliness, or content of the materials provided on this Site. You should not assume that the materials are continuously updated or that they contain current information. Delta Casa Ubud is not responsible for supplying content or materials from the Site that have expired or have been removed.
